We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our team at Randburg Office Group. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive impression of our business.
The ideal candidate will be approachable, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer telephone calls and email enquiries promptly and efficiently
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and preparation
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and boardrooms
- Prepare boardrooms before and after meetings (e.g. ensuring they are tidy, stocked with supplies, etc.)
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of visitor needs and meeting requirements
- Handle deliveries and incoming/outgoing post
- Provide general administrative support
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using email, calendar, and booking systems (e.g. Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role preferred but not essential
Hours: 9am – 5pm – Monday to Friday.
