About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join a supportive care team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring dignity, respect, and individualised support at all times.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled mental health and general nursing care to residents.
Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.
Administer medications safely and accurately.
Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Lead and mentor care staff, promoting best practices in mental health care.
Support residents in maintaining independence and wellbeing.

Requirements:

NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting desirable.
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
Compassionate and committed to delivering person-centred care.
