We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing team and support our sales department. We are looking for motivated candidates to be part of our dynamic and expanding company.

Role Overview: As an Office Administrator, you’ll provide crucial administrative support to our sales team during our auction cycle. This will involve handling a high volume of calls and emails, assisting with property marketing, preparing auction reports, and supporting the auction manager with additional tasks as needed.

Job Details:

  • Location: Johannesburg South
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent

Essential Criteria:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organisational and presentation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a workload independently while staying organised
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, with a positive “can-do” attitude

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Office-based work experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Interest in the property market

Experience:

  • At least one year of estate agency experience (preferred)
  • Minimum of one year in an administrative role (preferred)
